About Me

Hello and thanks for stopping by.  I am a proud Mom to 2 young kids.  My husband and I and our family live in Metro Vancouver.  We love to cook, garden, travel, go hiking and camping.

Besides being a busy Mom, I  work part time as a Nutritionist.  I completed my University program at the University of Manitoba and have a Bachelor of Human Ecology in Foods and Nutrition.  I work with the Canadian Diabetes Association, Food Skills for Families program where I am a Facilitator. I have also worked with the FoodFit program with Community Food Centres Canada.    I develop and lead other cooking classes, workshops and presentations related to Food and Nutrition. I am a Group Fitness Leader, certified with BCRPA and lead fitness classes and groups.
